Heading into a de-load / transition week - leading into our post Semi’s phase.  Group training has picked back up Tuesday & Saturdays … with Sundays  now being thrown in the mix. 

Interested in learning more about the
Saturdays Throwdown was,

5 rds for time,
10 shoulder to overhead 155/105
10 front squats 
10 bar facing burpees 

Rest 1 minute 

6 min clock 
- 1rm Clean and jerk in the 6 minutes 

Time to beat: @addisondesro with 7:01 , followed up by a 195 Clean
